Pricing questions.
Are prices including VAT?
No. All prices are in DKK excluding 25% Danish VAT. Clients outside Denmark are invoiced according to EU VAT rules.
How do payments work?
Audits are paid when ordered. Fixed-price project phases are paid 30% at start, 40% at milestones and 30% on delivery. Care plans are billed monthly.
What is not included?
Hosting, software licences and third-party API costs are paid directly by you, so you always own your accounts.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Fixed-price work includes a 60-day warranty on bugs in delivered code and 30 days of support after delivery.
